Akshaya Finvest facilitates access to financial products and services — which may include loan facilitation/enquiry routing, insurance distribution, investment-related services, and banking correspondent (BC) services — only where Sevasetu or its authorized personnel hold the applicable license, certification, or partner authorization.
We act as a facilitator, referral partner, and/or distribution partner connecting you with regulated banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and/or asset management companies. We are not a bank, NBFC, insurer, or asset management company ourselves. Sevasetu Innovative Solutions Private Limited operates as a corporate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for applicable lending relationships. Financial products and services may otherwise be facilitated through applicable authorized individuals, institutions, distributors, lenders, insurers, asset managers or other regulated entities, as applicable to the product and transaction. Where a registration or authorization relevant to insurance, mutual-fund or similar distribution activity is held, it may be held by an authorized individual rather than by the Company in its own corporate name; no individual registration number, license, or partner authorization is published on this website.
For loans, the relevant bank or NBFC independently evaluates and decides on approval, sanction and disbursal.
For insurance, the relevant insurer independently determines underwriting, acceptance, policy terms and claim decisions.
For investments, the customer makes the investment decision and the relevant product provider administers the investment according to applicable product terms.
Akshaya Finvest does not guarantee approval, sanction, disbursal, claim settlement, or any specific financial return.
3. Enquiries and Communication
When you submit an enquiry through any channel, you authorize us to contact you regarding that enquiry via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
4. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

Submitting an enquiry to join our advisor, agent, or DSA network does not guarantee onboarding. Onboarding is subject to our internal evaluation, applicable regulatory eligibility, and mutual agreement on terms.
